Here we are again, it’s that time of year… September! The time you’ve all been waiting for when the beauty advent calendar info drops. I get SO excited for this and have gone deep into some heavy research because they aint cheap so finding the perfect one is key! I thought I’d round-up my top 5 beauty advent calendars of 2020 to help you choose the one for you!
In 2019, if you were following me you might remember the Cult Beauty calendar which I both purchased for myself and gave one away. It was my favourite of last year, but has it made it into the number 1 spot again…
The answer is yes… Number 1 on my list for 2020 is once again the Cult Beauty Advent Calendar. Here are stats you need to know:

Best for: The Beauty Hoarder
Ok it is pricey, but have you seen the worth? Amazing and it’s JAM PACKED with fantastic products. Some of the ones I am MOST excited for are the fill size Charlotte Tilbury lipstick, the Natasha Denona blush, the Allies of Skin Serum, The Oskia full size lactic acid micro peel AND the Algenist mask… urgh too many good brands to mention!
And probably the best thing about it is Cult Beauty are also donating £15 to Beauty Banks for every one sold… sign me up!
Coming in a VERY close second is the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar. Here are the stats you need to know:

Release Date: 7th October
Best for: The Luxury Lover
The products in this one are LUXURY and comes in the most gorgeous packaging. Some of the amazing favourites in this include a Diptyque candle, a Le Labo Santal perfume, Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream, Dermalogica pre-cleanser, Hourglass eyeshadow and Spacemasks eye mask. Just writing this makes me want it now!

Next on the list comes from Selfridges. Here are the stats:

Release Date: Mid-October
Best for: The Big Brand Lover
Another one that is full to the brim with some amazing goodies. Some of my favourites are: the Byredo hand cream 1996, Morphe highlight and contour stick, Face Halo, Mac prep and prime, Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream and the Laura Mercier translucent powder (mini).
This one has some star products and would make an amazing gift for any beauty lover.
Coming in at number 4 we have Space NK which is back for another year with their anthology. This one is the cheapest so far (by a small amount) so here are the stats:
Price: £195
Worth: £495
Release Date: 1 October
Best for: The Skincare Junkie
Space NK is one of my favourite places to shop beauty and their anthology is unsurprisingly stuffed full of amazingness. Some of the gorgeous products in this one I would be most excited about are the Jo Lovex candle, Paula’s Choice BHA, Kevyn Aucoin's The Contour Duo, 111Skin Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask, Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow Primer and Sunday Riley Good Genes.
This one is definitely for a true skincare connoisseur.
And finally coming in as a curveball in last place is the Holland & Barrett calendar and trust me, I am as surprised as you! This one is affordable and vegan friendly. Here are the stats:

Worth: £170
Release Date: 14 September
Best For: The All Natural Lover
If you’re looking for something a little different and ALOT cheaper at £40, Holland and Barrett are releasing their 100% vegan offering on 14th September. This one does have some lovely brands in there which is what caught my eye. Some of the products I am loving include the UpCircle face scrub, reusable ear buds, Waleda muscle soak and the Q&A lip oil.
They’ve proved a good calendar does not have to be mega expensive!
